- The concept of the project has been developed
The project envisages construction of a plant for shock-freezing of wild fruits and berries (cowberries, sea buckthorn, cranberries, blueberries) for sale in retail outlets in Russia and other countries.
The company organises the collection, processing and packaging of wild fruits and berries, which are picked by people of the Republic of Tyva and accumulated at turn-in points, from where they are sent to the processing centre for blast freezing.
The annual output of fruits and berries is 1.5 thousand tonnes.
The most probable variant of the plant location is Kyzyl, attractive in terms of labour availability and transport accessibility.
