Registration continues for participants in the Caucasus Investment Forum (CIF), which will take place on 28–30 May at the MinvodyEXPO Multifunctional Exhibition Centre in Mineralnye Vody. This year, the Forum will feature an expanded exhibition area and sessions on investment opportunities in the regions, with delegates visiting from different countries and territories. CIF 2024 will bring together government and business representatives for negotiations, discussions, presentations, and the signing of business contracts. The event will serve as a platform for negotiations and concluding business contracts with the goal of developing investment projects and public-private partnerships in the Russian regions. “In 2024, our event will be held for the first time as a forum. The topics of the business programme will be expanded to include sessions, roundtables, and master classes. The Caucasus Investment Forum should become a point of attraction for investors and a platform for strengthening relations between regions and countries. This will lead to the development of trade and economic cooperation and improve the lives of citizens,” said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said.
The CIF 2024 will be attended by representatives of tourism business companies, the agricultural sector, transport and logistics companies, the banking sector, and construction companies from the regions of the North Caucasus, the Southern Federal District, CIS countries, and the Caspian and Black Sea basins. The participants will take part in a business programme that focuses on opportunities for investment growth in Russia’s regions, drivers for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, and the impact of modern technologies on economic and political processes. They will also have a chance to view the exhibition, which has doubled in size compared with last year. The exhibition consists of booths of regional leading Russian companies.
The business programme speakers include heads of government bodies and representatives of Russian and international companies, the media, as well as youth and scientific communities. The main theme of the Forum will be effective interaction between regions as a factor in Russia’s economic growth.
