PCR Testing Stations for SPIEF 2021 Staff Open in Moscow

Пункты ПЦР-тестирования для персонала ПМЭФ-2021 открылись в Москве

Staff involved in preparing the SPIEF 2021 venue can undergo PCR testing in Moscow. Starting from 17 May, a test collection station has been operating at the World Trade Centre in Moscow (12, Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya, entrance 3). PCR testing stations for employees and contractors involved in preparing the Forum venue have been operating in St. Petersburg since 13 May. The working hours of the stations are posted on the Forum’s website.

PCR testing is carried out exclusively at specialized centres designated by the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) in the relevant region to prepare for SPIEF 2021. A total of more than 50 special testing stations will be deployed in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the Moscow Region. All the tests from the collection stations are sent to a single laboratory determined by Rospotrebnadzor, which eliminates the possibility of falsified results.

There is a charge for testing. You can pay for the services by bank transfer or at the testing station by bank card or cash. Both individuals and organizations can sign an agreement for PCR testing with the relevant counterparty.

The accredited facilities in Moscow are Rospotrebnadzor’s Central Research Institute of Epidemiology, ArchiMed New Medical Technologies Clinic, and the Centre for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Moscow Region. The testing facility in St. Petersburg is RС Service. For more on the rules for payment and signing contracts for testing, see the corresponding section on the SPIEF 2021 website.

A negative PCR test for the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 is mandatory for access to the Forum venue. A negative test result will activate your accreditation badge and grant you access to the venue. PCR testing is conducted upon presentation of an accreditation document (badge) or ID. The test results will be automatically uploaded to the personnel accreditation system along with data on vaccinations and whether an individual has COVID-19 antibodies. This and other measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 taken by the Forum’s organizers in conjunction with Rospotrebnadzor aim to ensure the safety of all the Forum’s participants, journalists, and staff. Detailed information on the range of preventive measures is available on the Forum’s website.
