The Roscongress Foundation and Proevent LLC signed a cooperation agreement at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi on 14 February. The document was signed by Roscongress Foundation Chairman of the Board and CEO Alexander Stuglev and Proevent Director and Vice President of the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers Pavel Goncharov.
Per the agreement, the parties will cooperate in organizing the PROESTATE International Real Estate Investment Forum, which is held annually in Moscow. The event brings together leading real estate market players — representatives of investment, development, construction, and consulting companies, leading architects, retailers as well as representatives of the federal and regional authorities.
In 2018, the Roscongress Foundation served as a partner supporting the plenary session of the PROESTATE Forum, which helped draw attention to this industry event at the federal level and enhanced its status. Today, an agreement was reached to include the Roscongress Foundation as one of the main organizers of the event and to provide assistance in forming the Forum’s organizing committee.
«The theme of developing the domestic investment and construction market and implementing the ‘Housing and Urban Environment’ national project is an important one, so we have decided to support this by utilizing the Foundation’s experience and resources to promote this theme at our discussion platforms», Stuglev said.
In an effort to promote the development of the Russian investment and construction market and the ‘Housing and Urban Environment’ national project, a series of specialized discussions is to be organized within the business programmes of key forums held by the Roscongress Foundation, including the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Eastern Economic Forum.
