The Roscongress Foundation and the Chamber of
Industry and Production of the Republic of Ecuador signed an agreement on
cooperation. The document was signed by Alexander Stuglev, CEO of the
Roscongress Foundation, and Pablo Zambrano Albuja, Executive President of the Chamber
of Industry and Production of Ecuador. The document suggests cooperation
between the two organizations in establishing effective communication between
expert communities, business and political circles of the Russian Federation
and the Republic of Ecuador.
«The agreement is an important milestone in
the development of business relations between Russia and the Republic of
Ecuador. With this agreement, we will be able to strengthen trade and economic
ties with the Republic of Ecuador and significantly expand mutually beneficial
opportunities for business representatives of the two countries, as well as to
enhance the programme of the Roscongress Foundation business events,» said
Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.
The parties confirmed
their interest in combining the efforts of experts and business community in
order to develop relations on a long-term basis. The agreement will contribute
to maintaining a dialogue on cooperation in the sphere of investment and
finance, exports and imports, as well as in the field of tourism and cultural
interaction.
«Signing this
agreement with Roscongress is very important to the Chamber because it will
allow us to work together to promote commercial relations between Russia and
Ecuador, strengthening the bilateral relationship between our countries and
enabling as much trade as possible. For our part, we are going to offer members
of the Chamber the possibility of exploring how to expand their businesses on
the Russian market, generating increased demand. It is essential for Ecuador to
widen the circle of its commercial partners, so we are delighted to be
collaborating with this goal in mind. We are also encouraged by the fact that
there is more interest in the Ecuadorian market on the part of Russian business,» said Pablo
Zambrano Albuja, Executive President, Chamber of Industry and Production of the
Republic of Ecuador.
