Студия Российского общества «Знание» соберет ключевых спикеров юбилейного ПМЭФ на открытой дискуссионной площадке

The Russian Znanie Society interactive studio will again be streaming live with the support of the Roscongress Foundation at the 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum held from 15 to 18 June, providing an open discussion platform for key speakers of the Forum with a wide audience.

SPIEF 2022, which will be held under the general theme «New World — New Opportunities», will bring together thousands of delegates from various countries to discuss topical issues of the global and Russian economy, the social and technological agenda, and human development. The studio will allow anyone to hear first-hand information and become a participant in an open dialogue with the forum’s key speakers. The Znanie Society gives the opportunity to leave questions for the speakers on its website — viewers will receive answers during the studio broadcast.

The guest broadcast will feature speakers from SPIEF 2022 — federal ministers, heads of regions, business owners and top managers of major companies, as well as scientists, cultural figures and sportspeople. The guest speakers include Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Alexander Khinstein, Governor of the Kamchatka region Vladimir Solodov, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Sergeyev, Rector of the National Research University Higher School of Economics Nikita Anisimov, Chairman of the Board, Director of the Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev, Director of the Interregional Foundation for the Development of the Information Society Alexander Puglev. In the format of interviews and fascinating lectures, the guest speakers will share their views on the most acute topics on the Forum’s agenda and help viewers understand the events on the platform. In line with the tradition, the studio will also broadcast authorial lecture-excursions to unique and iconic places in St. Petersburg, Moscow and other Russian cities.

«Last year, the broadcast interviews with the Forum’s key speakers and collections of unique authorial lecture-excursions were watched over 57 million times on the internet and continue to attract the attention of the audience. These broadcasts from the studio have become a real ’window to the St. Petersburg Forum’ for viewers, allowing them to immerse themselves in the event’s agenda and to directly address questions from world-class experts. Today, with all the new challenges we are facing, it is especially important for the Znanie Society to be a conduit of reliable content from reputable experts and to show, by real examples, the opportunities that are opening up in our country. This year, the studio will feature experts in various fields of knowledge, who will talk about current trends, promising areas for development and opportunities that are opening up for young people in our country in the format of interviews, lectures and discussions. We are looking forward to the start of the Forum and invite everyone to join the studio broadcast on our website and on VKontakte,» says Maxim Dreval, General Director of the Russian Znanie Society.

The studio design this year has been inspired by the inextricable link between the cultural past and future of our country. The design features a floral pattern by a Russian artist, illustrator and stage designer Ivan Bilibin combined with the illustration of the lines of a digital circuit board. Together they shape a fancy root system which reflects strong ties from Russia’s ancient culture to the modern one and further to the future.

The studio program will be streamed on the Russian Znanie website, as well as on the Znanie VK page.
