At the invitation of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov, Vladimir Putin will make a state visit to the republic on March 28.
During the talks, the two leaders will discuss the current state of the Russia-Kyrgyzstan strategic partnership and alliance and their prospects.
They will exchange views on deepening interaction in regional associations based on Kyrgyzstan’s current presidency at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the Collective Security Treaty Organisation.
Following the talks, the leaders will sign a joint statement. A package of intergovernmental, interdepartmental, interregional and commercial documents has been prepared as well.
Vladimir Putin and Sooronbay Jeenbekov will take part in the plenary session of the Eighth Russia-Kyrgyzstan Interregional Conference, New Horizons for Strategic Partnership and Integration.
In addition, the two presidents will visit the Chingiz Aitmatov House Museum.
