В рамках ПМЮФ-2022 состоится сессия по вопросам цифровой трансформации процедур принудительного исполнения судебных решений

On 30 June 2022, the 10th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum will host a session entitled ‘The Digital Transformation of Judicial Enforcement’.

The session will address the digitalization of proceedings and simplification of procedures for the enforcement of court decisions.

Participants in the event will discuss the main achievements of business process automation in the framework of judicial enforcement. They will also discuss the prospects for improving regulation that ensures digitalization of judicial enforcement.

«Digital transformation of judicial enforcement is one of the priorities of the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Enforcement and is aimed both at expanding the scope and ways of informing the parties to enforcement proceedings and at implementing the concept of openness of the enforcement authorities. For example, as part of the Digital Enforcement Super Service, the Ministry of Justice drafted a bill that provides for the creation of a register of alimony debtors,» said First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Evgeny Zabarchuk.

Discussion participants will include Evgeny Zabarchuk, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation; Dmitry Aristov, Director, Federal Bailiffs Service — Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation; Elena Borisenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Gazprombank; and Elman Mekhtiev, President, National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (NAPCA).
