• SPIС participant
• Revenues from the sale of goods (within the framework of the SPIC) of at least 90% of all income
• Not a member of CTG, a resident of the SEZ or TOSED
• Does not apply special modes (USN, UTII, ESHN, patent)
• The maximum amount of state support of the investor in the framework of SPIC is not more than 50% of the amount of invested funds
