Project description

«The investment project „„Multifunctional sports and recreation complex““ Dana Park „„with a water park, a hotel and a children’s camp in the city of Yantarny““ is a universal center for active recreation, sports, health procedures, using various types of baths and SPA.

The complex’s services are designed to meet the needs of representatives of all age groups and meet international standards, both in terms of quality and diversity.

The main idea is to create a family recreation and health center for residents of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region, residents of the Russian Federation, as well as citizens of other countries.»

Description of project services and / or products

«According to the project, the main part of the complex will be the Aqua Park, with indoor and outdoor areas. The Aqua Park will include swimming pools, about 20 slides, hydromassage showers and fountains, surfing, a swimming pool of 25 meters with 3 lanes, a jacuzzi, SPA rooms, several types of baths, a restaurant, cafes, bars, open parking lots, an automatic car wash and much more. (Stage I).

Further, it is planned to build a hotel for 120 seats, a restaurant for 200 seats and conference rooms (Stage II).

Stage III will include the construction of a children’s recreation and health camp, guest houses, and the final completion of the outdoor part of the pools and attractions.»
